We are pleased to announce that the 4th Annual Raffle will be
held in Santiago on July 1, 2005 in conjunction with the Wharton
Global Alumni Forum.
A raffle is a game of chance, in which contestants purchase
tickets which give them opportunities to win excellent prizes.
No action is required by the contestants other than the purchase
of the tickets, but you must be present at the dinner in Santiago
on Friday, July 1, 2005, in order to win a prize.
Starting on Thursday, June 30, 2005, all participants will
have many opportunities to purchase as many tickets as desired
at a cost of US$10 or $5.000 Chilean pesos. The more tickets
you purchase, the greater your chances of winning one of the
prizes. You will be able to purchase tickets at any time during
your visit to Chile. On Friday, after the dinner, the winning
tickets will be drawn and announced immediately.
The various prizes have been donated by INSEAD and Wharton
alumni and friends, and include:
• two executive education courses of one week (from
Wharton and INSEAD)

Publishing.

year, the proceeds from the raffle will help finance an initiative
within one of the country’s that will be hosting next
year’s forum. In this case, the proceeds will be donated
to the Akanksha Foundation of India, a non-profit organization
that aims to improve the lives of less privileged children,
enabling them to maximize their potential and change their
lives. For more details on the activities of the foundation,
